The Arete is Edgar Cole’s second knife model offering. The design of the Arete follows many of the same design principles/goals of the Chimera; to create a stylish and attractive design, while maintaining the ergonomics and usefulness that make it a great tool. The Arete, like the Chimera, is designed and built to exacting tolerances- utilizing materials best suited for each component/application. We believe you will find it a pleasure to own and carry.
